She is highly skilled in financial reporting, cash flow management, consolidated financials, statutory compliance, and strategic cost control.

Recognised for her decisive leadership and mentoring ability, Patiswa has been instrumental in driving company strategies that enhance profitability, efficiency, and compliance. With a previous run in Real Estate, she is now bringing her financial expertise, analytical precision, and people-first approach directly into her clients’ corner — ensuring they receive the outcomes and service every homeowner deserves.

Patiswa holds a BTech in Cost and Management Accounting from CPUT, a Management Advanced Program from WITS Business School, and CIMA (Operations) certification, and is on track to complete her CIMA qualification in November 2024.
